The ask was to help this large global company sift through their 500+ various websites in order to distill all of the information and collect it in one unified website, along with an entire taxonomy, and visual overhaul.
Creating a enormous site matrix to find duplicative and “dead” sites, and then doing a massive content audit on the remining sites with viable new information not currently present on the clients main website, we were able to utilize a content matrix of existing and non existing information to identify and create a new global site structure to accommodate everything.
