AI: Responsive Help Chat Bot

Description

This project was about helping U.S. Bank come up with a faster way for their customers to find the information they are looking for by leveraging the vast amount of information at a few simple answers, instead of needing to do a deep dive throughout the site.

Utilizing moderated user testing session on fully functioning prototypes, along with a deep dive analysis and content audit we were able to create a series of responses that would help guide the vast majority of the users visiting the site with directional language and links to specific points of information.
